1. Return Period / 退货期限

Customers in the European Union have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without providing any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

根据欧盟消费者权益指令，欧盟客户自收到商品之日起14个日历天内享有无理由退货权利。

2. Condition of Returned Items / 退货商品状态

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, labels, and accessories. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted.

退回商品必须未使用，保持原始状态，且包含所有原包装、标签及配件。若商品有损坏、使用痕迹或人为改动，可能无法受理退货。

3. Return Process / 退货流程

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at support@rysz.store within 14 days of receipt. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

请于收到商品14天内通过邮件 support@rysz.store 联系客服，提供订单号及退货原因。我们将为您提供退货说明及退货地址。

4. Refunds / 退款说明

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, using the original payment method. Shipping costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

我们收到并检验退回商品后，将通知您退款是否批准。批准的退款将在14个工作日内处理，退款将通过原支付方式返还。除非因我们的错误导致退货，退货运费由客户承担。

5. Exceptions / 例外情况

Some products, such as personalized items, perishable goods, or intimate items, are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Please check the product description for return eligibility before purchase.

部分商品如定制品、易腐品及贴身用品因卫生或安全原因不可退货。购买前请确认商品详情中的退货政策。

6. Force Majeure / 不可抗力

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in processing returns or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.

因自然灾害、战争、恐怖主义、罢工、政府行为或疫情等超出我们合理控制范围的情况导致退货或退款处理延误或失败，我们不承担责任。
